Have Drivers License for tour.  

For parking the entrance marked where to enter the CRMF is off of West 48^th Avenue if you are traveling east, take a left on Fox Street and then an immediate left on the W. 48^th Ave. frontage road. You will then see the driveway leading to the building that is marked on the map “RTDC CRMF.” If you are traveling west, on W. 48^th Ave., you will take a right on Fox Street and then an immediate left on the W. 48^th Ave frontage road to the entrance gate that has a white sign posted. The intercom button will be on the driver side of your vehicle. Press the button and let security know you are here for a tour with Gary Salazar.

Please don't come if you don't get registration confirmation.  Email the event coordinator on this form to be put on a waiting list.  If you get registration and you can't make it also email the event coordinator so that someone on the wait list can take your place.  We will try to accomodate everybody but unfortunately it has to be capped at a limit for safety reasons.  Thank you for your cooperation.
