The PES and IAS Chapters will sponsor a technical seminar on the topic of Batteries. The session will be held on Friday, February 8, 2013 at PSE&G’s Hadley Road Facility, 4000 Hadley Road, South Plainfield, NJ 07080-1192.

Biography: Andrew Sagl has worked with Megger for 12 years. He is a specialist in power quality and battery testing technology and application. He develops and supports power quality and battery equipment in addition to writing power quality and battery publications and teaching training and seminars courses. He has a degree in Electronics and is a member of the IEEE Power & Energy Society and Battery Standards Group.

Agenda

The seminar fee includes lunch, refreshments and handouts. Non-members joining IEEE within 30 days of the seminar will be rebated 50% of the IEEE registration charge.

Four hours of instruction will be provided. If desired, IEEE Continuing Education Units (0.4 CEUs) will be offered for this course - a small fee of $45 will be required for processing.
