See your IEEE chapter for more details.

Here are the competition rules:
1) A paper is not required but a presentation is.
2) The presentation must be at least 10 minutes long with 5 minutes of Q&A after the presentation.
3) For presentations, think senior project-type ideas or something that someone is researching, tinkering with, etc.
4) There will be three judges.
5) Judges are grading presentation skills, presentation scope, and true interest in the topic.
6) The top three presenter scorers will be named 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners and will receive a certificate for participating as well as a monetary award.
7) The top three from each school will compete at a later date at NJIT for overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Again, they will receive a larger monetary award and certificate.
8) You must sign up for this competition on vTools. If you are not signed up there, you cannot compete.
9) Most importantly, have fun! I’m sure you’re going to get a lot of really cool and interesting presentations.
