The 4th IEEE Korea Council IAS/IES/PELS Joint Chapter Annual Meeting (KOCAM2017) was held at Kyungsung University, Busan, South Korea on December 8, 2017. The conference was cohosted by IEEE Korea Council IAS/IES/PELS Joint Chapter and Gyeongsang Branch of Korean Institute of Power Electronics.
The conference contained six parts: Registration, Chairman Address, Invited Lectures, Technical Tour, Poster Session and Award Ceremony. Most of the IEEE member participants are in the fields of IAS, IES or PELS.
