On the occasion of the establishment of IEEE CAS Vietnam Chapter, we organize an open-friendly forum for scientists, researchers, and students to exchange about the ideas and implementation experiences in Circuits and Systems fields. This event is strongly supported by the IEEE Circuits and Systems society and its prestigous chapters in South East Asia. The event will be held in Hanoi from the 7th to 8th November 2017 at Vietnam National University, Hanoi and in collaboration with IEEE SSCS Vietnam Chapter.
