The Central Georgia IEEE Section April meeting will be a presentation on Cybersecurity by Chris Beasley, Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Houston Healthcare. Mr Beasley will discuss computer threats and defenses. He will discuss the importance of passwords, two factor authentication, and encryption. Chris will talk about data integrity and information security.
We will meet on Thursday, April 12, 2018, 6:28 PM at the All Saints' Episcopal Church parish hall. Afterwards, we will have dinner at a local restaurant.
