In this session, we delve into the workplace experiences and perceptions of why. You will learn the terminology to understand the effects of working in diverse groups and a road-map to help level the playing field.
Speaker Bio:
Debra Kimberling – Fellow, Society of Women Engineers – is a retired mechanical engineer with 35 years’ experience in industry, government, and academia. She presents the gender equity research to help build a better support network for women and a more engaging and inclusive workplace culture for all. Kimberling is chair of the San Diego County Engineering Council.
