The EXECOM Meeting of the IEEE EDS Delhi Chapter members was held on March 24, 2018 (Saturday) at 3:30pm in Room No. 300, Department of Electronic Science, University of Delhi South Campus, New Delhi 110021.

Following members were present:

2. Mridula Gupta, Former Chair
3. Sneha Kabra, Secretary
4. Rakhi Narang, Joint Secretary
5. Vandana Kumari, Treasurer 
6. Yogesh Pratap, EXECOM Member

 Agenda:

1. Report of Activities held from 1st January 2018 till date.
2. Proposal for new activities.
3. Any other item with the permission of the Chairperson

 Minutes of the meeting

1. For Item No.1 – The Secretary presented the report of eight activities including DL talks, International conference, workshops and seminars organised from 1^st January 2018 till date.

2. For Item No.2 -

• The proposal of International workshop on “Nano/Micro 2D-3D fabrication, manufacturing of electronic – biomedical devices & applications” (31 October-2 November 2018) received from IIT Mandi was discussed and technical sponsorship for the same was approved.
• Sneha Kabra and Dr. Yogesh Pratap proposed to conduct an Invited talk in the month of April 2018 at Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women and requested for technical sponsorship.
• R.S Gupta proposed to organize a seminar at MAIT, Rohini, Delhi.

3. For Item No.3 – It was unanimously decided that the Best Chapter Plaque (For year 2017) may be presented in any major upcoming activity/event of EDS Delhi Chapter.

4. The meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the chair.
