IEEE student chapter of K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology organized a one day guest lecture on “BIO MAGNETIC FIELD MEASUREMENTS USING SQUID SENSORS” on 16.07.18 by Mr.S.SENGOTTUVEL M.E., Scientist-E, SQUIDs and Applications Section, Materials Science Group, IGCAR, Kalpakkam along with the inaugural function. The function began with a prayer song. Mr.B.P.Kiruba Shankarr, IEEE Student Chairman welcomed the gathering. In his speech, he invited all the staffs and students to the venture. Dr.C.Rajasekaran, Professor, ECE Department, introduced the office bearers in his addressing. Dr.K.B.Jayanthi, Professor and HOD/ECE, in her felicitation, briefed us about the importance of IEEE student chapter. She encouraged the students by her full support and told to conduct more such programs in behalf of IEEE student chapter within this working year itself. Dr.A.Kumaravel, Principal of KSRCT, inspired the students through his addressing, by delivering the importance of IEEE student chapter in an Engineer’s career and also the possibilities of Electronics in this developing world. The vote of thanks was delivered by Ms.S.Aishwarya, IEEE Student Vice-Chairman. The function came to an end by extending gratitude to our motherland through the national anthem.
