Initially, marketers were reluctant to incorporate Artificial Intelligence in their Digital marketing strategies but lately they have gained a lot more confidence in using AI as its ambiguity has reduced compared to its positive results. With AI by predicting the behavior of the customer with propensity modelling helped in identifying business objective and understanding the market strategies and needs thru various channels like Social analytics, Pragmatic marketing, Chat Bots etc. has powered Digital Marketing in many ways. Certainly, future of Digital Marketing will be not asking customers what they want and tell them in advance that what they want.

Artificial Intelligence is central part of the core digital ecosystem in the future. It is driving the convergence of technologies such as Data Science, Big Data, Cyber Security, Data Mining and Pervasive Computing. This combinatorial effect is paving a strong way to re-imagine the Digital Future. Artificial Intelligence is enabling strong intelligent ecosystem channels which is powering up Conversational Experiences for new generation users. For Business users, AI becoming a boon to drive up their efficiency, For industry segments, AI is simplifying the operations through automation. For consumers, Chatbots are becoming means to interact and solve some of the key problems. Research in AI is driving the healthcare, banking, manufacturing, retail and insurance segments to re-imagine their services.

Vidyasagar T has 17+ years’ experience in IT industry with expertise in the domain areas Digital Print Media Services, ReInsurance, Government and Professional Services. He is currently Practice Head for Digital Marketing, Modern workplace and Cloud for HiTech vertical unit in TCS. He is Enterprise Solution Architect, MCSD, MCSA Certified. Currently he is acting Vice Chair for IEEE CS Chapter Hyderabad Section. He has done MCA from Andhra University.

Biography:

Bala Prasad Peddigari (Bala) working with Tata Consultancy Services Limited for over 19 years as a Principal Consultant and Technology Head for Digital Initiatives. Bala is a Thought Leader and practitioner in enterprise architecture, Enterprise platform solutions, performance and scalable architectures. Bala is passionate in driving Digital technology initiatives such as Cloud, IoT, Cognitive services, DevOps, Data Science and Analytics within TCS. Bala is currently serving as Technology Head – Digital Initiatives. Bala is also driving the architecture and technology community initiatives within TCS through coaching, mentoring and grooming techniques.

Bala has done Masters in Computer Applications from University College of Engineering, Osmania he was Ranked University First. Bala is Open Group Master IT Certified Architect and serving as a Board Member in Open Group Certifying Authority. He received accolades for his cloud architectural strengths and published his papers in IEEE and regular speaker in Open Group conference and technology events. Bala is a Working Group member in Open Group for Cloud and Open Platform 3 working Groups and also serving as Managing Committee member of CSI Hyderabad Section; serving as Chairman for IEEE Computer Society Chapter for Hyderabad Section
