Optoelectronic Oscillator
In this talk, design techniques of a tunable opto-electronic oscillator with an ultra-wide tuning range is discussed for the applications in modern cimmunication systems. The frequency tuning is achieved by using an electrical phase shifter in conjunction with a standard highpass filter in a dual loop configuration.
