Talk on Women, Engineering & Leadership: Connecting the dots at UNIMAP

WIE were at UNIMAP kampus Uniciti Alam, Perlis to engage with female students because they are the next generation of woman engineers.
20plus students (including 2 male students) showed up to listen to one of our executive committee, Ir. Azah Syafiah sharing on her experience and views on women, engineering and leadership.
Two hours seems so fast to deliver the message to future engineers that is: engineers and especially women are capable to be leaders because we have been trained since small to endure challenges, to have empathy and to inspire while care about others which are the criterias of true leadership.
