INDUSTRY INTERVIEW OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS

If you want to know what it is like to look for a professional engineering career when graduated, this is the event for you.

IEEE QLD is proud to announce that our student activity branch has organized another event of industry mock interview for IEEE members. Students of all engineering disciplines are invited to this occasion to gain hands-on job seeking experience through a face-to-face interview with local industry delegates. Energex/Ergon energy, Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), Powerlink Queensland and Jacobs are of the nominated companies that students can pick to be interviewed with their representatives and hand in their CVs to them. The main theme of these industries revolves around energy management ranging from gas and electricity market and power systems to technical and engineering services. The interview sessions are going to be held at UQ (49-502). The event is FREE for IEEE members and $10 for non-members. If students join IEEE at the event, it would be free for them.
