Late G. K. Dubey Memorial Life Time Achievement Award
Prof. J. Ramkumar the chairperson of the Late Prof. G. K. Dubey memorial lifetime achievement award committee informed the executive committee that this year eighteen names, who contributed in the building and the growth of the IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section were considered for the award. The Chairperson informed the committee that in the final stage three names were left on the basis of their contributions & support to section and the selection was really tough. The committee discussed all the aspects and finally decided to award Prof. S. N. Singh with the Late Prof. G. K. Dubey memorial lifetime achievement award for the year 2018. The section achieved great heights and much recognition under his able guidance and mentorship, just because of his dedication toward the IEEE. Prof. Singh is also currently representing not only the section but entire India at R10 level and India Council level as Technical Conference and Seminar Coordinator and Chair-Elect 2018 respectively. The executive committee members congratulated Prof. S. N. Singh on this great moment and requested for his continuous support and guidance in future too. The executive committee also thanked the award committee for their valuable support.
The award has been presented to Prof. S. N. Singh by Er. Deepak Mathur, IEEE R10 Director Elect 2019.
