The goal of this competition is to provide young people with a high quality educational experience—whether or not they win a prize. It is critical that your interactions with the students be fair, helpful, and positive. Your spoken and written comments are fundamental to the learning process.
Together we succeed or fail based on the quality of the learning experience.

Participants are supposed to send an abstract of their idea/ paper. You will be selected for further rounds based on your abstract submitted. Below are the details mentioned for abstract and paper submission.

Agenda


Step 1: All applicants are requested to submit an abstract about their paper at tpp@technovanza.org.
Step 2: From all the applications received we will accept few teams to submit their papers.
Step 3: After paper submission, 15 teams will be selected and will be asked to participate in paper presentation on 29th December, 2018.

Step 4: All teams will be given 10 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A with the judges.
Step 5: Judges will attend all the presentations on that day and will declare the winners at the end of the event. There will be 2 winners selected for this event
Step 6: On 30th December, 2018 winners will be awarded with prizes during the felicitation ceremony.
Step 7: We will help the winning teams further in publishing their paper.

Guidelines for Abstract:

Last date for submission of abstract is 12th December 2018.
• Abstract should be submitted in PDF only.
• Maximum number of words should be less than 300 words.
• The contents should be as follows:
1) Title
2) Introduction
3) Motivation behind the ideas
4) Working
5) Existing related technologies (if any)
6) Improvements in current technologies (if any)
7) Summary
8) References
The proposal would be judged on basis of feasibility and significance.
