Sensors in an “Internet of Things” Design
The reach of the Internet of Things (IoT) is growing wider and more influential as smart sensors become smaller and less expensive.
It’s essential for design engineers of all types to learn about the variety of sensors that are hitting the market when considering new features for product development. In this presentation, Tom Lombardo will discuss:
- What different sensors are used in IoT
- How communication, storage, and security are handled in IoT applications
- How and why design engineers should consider incorporating IoT features in their products.
