Biography:

Mr. Akhilesh Kumar is currently designated as Scientist D officer in Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). He is M.Tech from Delhi Technological University, New Delhi. His main research includes image processing, machine learning, and deep learning. He has worked on several projects like Computer Adaptive Test Development, Facial Recognition and objects detection in War field Scenario.

Defence Institute of Psychological Research is an Indian defence laboratory of the Defence Research & Development Organisation. Located in Delhi, its main function is research in the area of psychology for armed forces personnel. DIPR is organized under the DRDO's Directorate of Life Sciences
