DAY 1.
SESSION 1:Entrepreneurship and Mentorship skills
SPEAKER: SHANTHI SWAROOP
He started a session with an ice breaking activity inorder to refresh the students and to grab the attention of the participants and to attract them. And later he started questioning the students that HOW MANY HAVE A DREAM OF OWNING THEIR OWN COMPANIES? And the answer round from the participant’s .The session was carried forward by briefing how an Entrepreneurship thinks and pro.In this session the speaker shared with the students his personal experience of overcoming the hardtimes and becoming successful in life.
SESSION 2: HOW TO PUBLISH A TECHNICAL PAPER
SPEAKER:DR.NISHU GUPTHA
The session deals with introducing the students with the basic tips and guidelines for publishing a paper and further continued with a publishing a technical paper.Sir gave a clear idea about rules and regulations to publish a technical paper. He also gave a briefing about the paraphernalia and paraphrase.
DAY 2
SESSION 1 : Wireless Sensor Networks.
SPEAKER :Prof Narasimha Sarma
The session was started by giving a introduction about sensors. In this session he highlighted “what are wireless sensors”. Sir explained how wireless sensors rule the future. Sir briefly explained how sensors are available in market and how many sensors are possible in future. He explained the internal part of sensor. How a sensor senses and future scope of sensors. He briefly told about the applications in Agriculture, Medical and Military,Home , Space exploration , Disaster relief , Chemical processing and Other commercial sectors. He also explained about the factors affecting the sensors.
SESSION 2 : LED’S
SPEAKER 2: Dr KVK Gupta Garu
The session was started with introduction about electronics. He explained about the LED structure , different types of colour LED’S ,equipment used in LED chips, and advantages of LED’S Chips, and also about the LED packages.He also gave opportunity to the participates by giving free internships.
SESSION 3:Skill Development
SPEAKER 3: Nagesh Garu
In this session the speaker taught how importantit is to recognize the vital role. Soft skills plays within a team and it not only works on developing with you but also tells who is well applicant.The skills that are crucial for successare Attitude, communication skills, emotional intelligence and a host of other personal attributes. Sir gave Energy and Confidence for delegates.
The session ended with audience applauding for the most active session.

Biography:
Vijay Kumar Gupta made his first LED at the Indian Institute of Science in 1977 as
part of a BE project, thanks to three summers of internships at TATA R&D- Mumbai,
BARC (Laser Division) and TIFR (Semiconductors).
An Electrical Engg Student & Gold medallist ( 4/4 CGPA) with specialisation in LEDs
& MaterialSsciences, Gupta was called to join Central Electronics Limited, Delhi in
LEDs project funded by DST & based on NPL knowhow. All this groomed Mr Gupta
as India’s first technocrat in solid state lighting 40 years ago..
In 1979 He joined his family company Kwality Electricals P ltd (estd 1967) .
He established Filament design & manufacture, Hot wire drawing of tunsgsten./
Molybdenum, Speciality miniature lamps, automobile lamps, Marine lamps &
introduced country's fist Wedge-Based lamps for automobiles OEMs.
In 1987 they started manufacturing of LEDs & expanded to Segment displays &
Power LEDs in 1993
A past president of ELCINA , ELIAP, TELMA and ex-chairman of CII-BYST Strategic
Committee, he contributed to develop India’s first LED standards as member of
BIS24/28 and BEE committees. Presently he is member of the MEITY workgroup on
LED products & components helping formation of NPE2.0 (National policy on
Electronics 2.0).

Biography:
Dr Sarma obtained his Bachelors degree in Engineering with specialization Electronics
and Communications Engineering from JNTU College of Engineering, Kakinada, in
1984. His Masters and Doctoral degrees are from Indian Institute of Technology,
Kharagpur, India in the years 1985 and 1992 respectively. He worked at Tata Institute of
Fundamental Research, Mumbai for a brief period during Feb1986 to July1987. He has
been with the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering at National
Institute of Technology, Warangal, India at various positions since 1990. He was Head of
the department during Sept2006 to Feb2009 and again from Feb 2013 to Feb 2015. He
was the Dean (Academic Affairs) during 2016 and 2017. He has been the recipient of
Best Researcher of the Year Award of NIT Warangal for the year 2016. Four students
completed their doctorate under his guidance. Five more scholars are at various stages.
About 90 papers are at his credit in International and National journals and conferences.
He visited USA, UK, Malaysia and Mauritius to present his papers. His area of interest
includes sensor networks, numerical electromagnetics and antenna arrays.

The gathering was addressed by all the honoured guests .The dignitaries were presented momentoes by Chapter advisor M.A.H Shamshi and Mr.Nagaraju IEEE advisor, Vaagdevi College of engineering.Finally, the EVOLUTION event has came to an end with a Vote of Thanks was given by vice chairman MissJahnavi rao.Ganta of circuits and systems chapter of Vaagdevi college of Engineering .
