SunPedal: Experience and Technicalities of Solar Powered E-Rickshaw

IEEE PES SBC IIT (BHU) in coordination with IEEE UP Section is planning to host the ‘SunPedal’ team at IIT (BHU) Varanasi.  The SunPedal Ride is a movement to create awareness about solar energy, sustainable mobility, and healthy living.   ‘SunPedal’ is “6000 km ride in 60 days on a solar-powered electric rickshaw for awareness of sustainability” an initiative of Sushil Reddy an IIT Bombay Alumnus, Guinness and Limca World Record Holder to promote sustainable travel and mobility.

The team ‘SunPedal’ would be interacting with the students and faculties of the institute and sharing technical details about electric vehicles and their journey experiences.
