UNITE2019 - Australia’s Past, Present and Future in Space Technology
IEEE Fellow Prof Karu will provide a brief overview of Austalia’s past involvement of space technology including Australia’s role with the Parkes radiotelescope to assist in the reception of the first communication to Earth from a human walking on the moon in 1969. He will then discuss his latest advances working on the twin-array antenna system aboard the world's first entirely Ka-band CubeSat satellite – Audacy Zero. He will conclude discussing future opportunities.
