SSC Meet - SAC
A meeting was held to discuss about IEEE Hyderbad Section Flagship event "Section Student Congress"
Website team will be leaded by Rajesh.Few SN members are interested to be the part of website and ITDesigning team. All the ones who are interested are given a task to design the sample posters of SSC.
Documentation team will be leaded by Ramya and the people who are interested to involve with this team will be given a task to write the sample content of SSC.
Registrations team will be leaded by Debendra and the payment gateway should be decided by the end of this week.Debendra please discuss with Naveen and finalize the payment gateways. And also you are requested to come up with different plans of registrations. See to it that registrations are live in the first week of July.
Hospitality and Accommodation, Resources committee is handled by Phaneendra. Please find the details of the best venue.
Student Branch Exhibits Committee is leaded by Sankar. Make sure that you along with your team will coordinate with the student branches registered and also you should verify their activities and should check the L31 reporting of the student branches applied.
Ground Task Force will be leaded by Naveen. On the day of the event you and your team need to coordinate with all the other teams.
Chaitanya please try to find the best sponsers and request everyone to help chaitanya finding sponsors.The registration fee for the event will depend on the amount of sponsorship. For now the registration fee is 500 for IEEE Members and 600 for non-IEEE Members.
Rajesh please finalise the roles of SN members by tomorrow evening.
Ramya need to work on the sponsorship proposal.Also needs to work on the Campus Ambassador Program and should get the approval.
