Faculty Development Programme on Embedded Systems and Interfacing
A Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Embedded Systems and Interfacing is being at Vallurupalli Nageswara Rao Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology (VNRVJIET).
This FDP will be a 5-day hands-on training programme, which is sponsored by the MEITy under the Ministry of ICT of the Government of India, is being organised jointly by the Electronics & ICT Academy at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Patna and the Department of ECE along with the Professional chapters of IEEE at VNRVJIET. Dr. Y. Padma Shayi, The Head of the Department of ECE at VNRVJIET, said that this course will improve the participants’ skill and knowledge pertaining to advancements in Embedded Systems hardware, and processing elements, architecture and their operating systems while also teaching them to interface C programs with ARM core microcontrollers. She mentioned that experts from IIT-Delhi and IIT-Kharagpur will act as Resource Persons during this FDP to train the faculty members.
