Looking for work; changing jobs; searching for new opportunities? Do you have salary issues? Are you worried about company layoffs. Meet other engineers with similar interests.

Engineers and Students:
Our PACE will begin a series of meetings to focus on the concerns of our Engineering students. You will never know what will influence your career. However, the clock is ticking. Two years out of school without an engineering job, and your chances of receivng a good enginering job are even furhter reduced. Join us for mid-meeting refreshments and meet other engineers with all types of experience and opportunities. Don’t gamble with your career.

IEEE Position Paper on IMPROVE UTILIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE AMERICAN PROFESSIONAL WORK FORCE AND OPPOSITION TO IMPORTING FOREIGN WORKERS

Meeting Chair:
Richard F. Tax is the Section PACE Chair with the following experience: He designed systems for the NASA Dyna-Soar Program, the FAA Control Tower Simulator, and solved problems for the USAF C-119 Gun Ship and Hubble Telescope programs. His experience is in design, development, test, validation, programming, systems engineering, project management, reliability, Quality Control, production and manufacturing support. This includes proto type development, fault isolation and solution of electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical problems for commercial medical, military and space applications. He has always been concerned about Engineering salary/opportunities and jobs for Section Members and students.

Meeting:
Bring any job notices or employment information to the meeting. Family members and friends are always invited.

Refreshments:
Refreshments will be served during a mid-meeting break.
