• K.V. Sriram, Chair welcomed all the members
• Usha Bala, proposed WIE event, which will be scheduled in July dated 27^th/28^thJuly, 2019. As stated in third EC meeting event is forwomen professional members. 
• Chistiand Dr. Satheesh(with Dr. TSN Murthy) presented the event plan before the committee members for the year 2019.Members’ data were analyzed, and activities are planned to cover all the geo-graphical areas of the Vizag bay sub section. The schedule is as follows: one event in the middle of the May at Vizag/Srikakulam, one professional activity at GIET Engg college Rajahmundry in July 2^nd week, two networking activities - one in Vijayawada and one in Rajahmundry/Kakinada.
• Krishna briefed the schedule of Student activities as follows: June 3^rd week student chair meet for networking, Sub section congress in the second week of July, in September awareness programs on IEEE Xtreme at various instructions. Other student activities will be supported at SB level as and when required.
• SLN mentioned that there willa social event in the month of August 2019.
• Sriram Chair stressed the need of increasing the volunteer base of sub-section. The Google form request sent to sub section professional members got interesting response, some of the members likes associate and volunteer for the sub section. A networking activity is proposed to conduct and to involve the new volunteers.
• Request from the NIT Tadepalligudem for the initiating student branch in the campus is supported (Action: Dr.SLN/Mr. Chisti)
• Sriram Chair approved an advance amount of 20,000/- for the expenditure Vizag bay sub section EC meetings (Action: Treasurer Vizag Bay Sub section).

Dr SLN also briefed that ICISGT activities are going as per the plan. He request members to support for sponsorship.

1. Welcome to all the members.
2. Follow up action plan of WIE Event Plans (Dr Usha Bala/Smt Vijaya/Prof N. Deepika Rani), budget and dates of the event - submission for the approval.
3. Progress on Professional activities (Chisti/Dr Satheesh/Dr. TSN Murthy) and tentative schedule for the year, 2019.  
4. Progress on Student Activities (Prof Deepika Rani/Prof Ramana Reddy/Sri Krishna Nag) and tentative dates of activities.
5. Submission of proposed dates of Social Activities by the committee (Dr Abraham/Dr SLN/ Sri GV Manojkumar) 
6. Plan of activities for the next 2 months along with budget (Any ideas on this along with budget may be sent to chisti@ieee.orgbefore 14:00 hrs of 26th April)
7. Progress ICISGT (Dr. Abraham/ Dr. SLN)
8. Any other item with the permission of the chair.
