The following are present:

(Dr. N. Deepika Rani, Mr.Md.K.M.Chisti and Dr Usha Bala were granted leave of absence)

 

  • K.V. Sriram, Chair welcomed all the members
  • Satheesh(with Dr. TSN Murthy) presented an event plan before the committee members. A professional members event is planned during June. Date, Venue, Detailed programme will be sent to Sri KV Sriram by 8th June 2019. (Action Dr P. Satheesh)
  • Dr TSN Murthy proposed an event and details will be submitted by 15th June to Sri KV Sriram (Action Dr. TSN Murthy)
  • Krishna/Dr TSN Murthy briefed that SITAM at Vijayanagaram was granted SB and needs our support in inauguration and other activities. (Detailed plan sought from Dr TSN Murthy by 20th June in consultation with organizers of SITAM)
  • Dr VVSSS Chakravarthy handed over a cheque of Rs. 15,000 on behalf of “Raghu Institutions” to Sri KV Sriram for ICISGT.
  • Dr Abraham Varughese/ Dr SLN briefed the ICISGT ongoing activities.
