  • K.V. Sriram, Chair welcomed all the members
  • WIE Activities: Usha Bala proposed the future activities of WIE. Committee requested to present detail plan and budget.
  • Student Activities: K.M Chisti and Mr. Krishan Nag presented future plansfor student activities.
  • Professional Activities:Planned to organize a second professional meet in Vijayanagaram district (Action: Dr.TSN Murthy/Dr. Chakravarthy).
  • Social Activities: Proposed to organize an event in August/September (Action: Abraham Varughese/ Dr. SLN)
  • TSN Murthy presented a plan for organizing eventin the Vizag area. Requested to submit details to Sri K.V. Sriram.
  • Abraham Varughesecongratulated Vizag bay sub section committee/subcommittee members and volunteers for the success of ICISGT 2019. Requested to present Statement of expenditure (Action: Dr. SLN).
  • Atul Negi briefed overall feedback of ICSGT and congratulated all the volunteers of IEEE Vizag bay sub section for the successful organizing the event.

 

Meeting ended with vote of thanks to the chair.
