YP Germany AG Company Visit @ Robert Bosch Semiconductor HQ
The IEEE Young Professionals Germany ExCom organize in cooperation with the Robert Bosch GmbH a company visit at the semiconductor headquarter of Bosch in Reutlingen, Germany.
As one of the leading semiconductor companies in Europe and world’s largest supplier of micromechanical sensors in automotive and consumer applications, the semiconductor headquarter delivers more than 4 million sensor per day. Achieving a high quality and cost effectiveness in automotive and consumer applications, an efficient and effective campus is required/demanded to fulfill these criteria.
The visit takes place on 20th April 28th September 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemia and offers a MEMS fab tour, marketplace, and workshops virtual presentations and discussion in specific semiconductor topics of integrated circuits (IC) and micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS). A few insights into the development and production process is given with focus on the transition from development to high volume series production. It is an one-day event, starting at 9:15 until 17:00.
The maximum number of attendees is limited to 30 (IEEE) Young Professionals with semiconductor background in focusing on integrated circuits (IC) and/or micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS). Attendees all over the world need to register at vTools Event!
