Smart Maker Festival 2019
SMART, the Society for Makers, Artists, Researchers and Technologists, USA, is providing the first ever SMART MAKER FESTIVAL - Global Innovación in New York to be held at Columbia University on October 12, 2019 as part of the annual IEEE UEMCON Conference (http://ieee-uemcon.org/) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Columbia University Faculty House (64 Morningside Dr, New York, NY 10027).
The SMART MAKER FESTIVAL is expected to become the premier New York event for grass root innovations. It will provide innovators and makers with the opportunity to showcase their marvelous creations in front of the world, and find collaborators, furthering their development on the international stage.
The SMART MAKER FESTIVAL is a place where science, arts and technology all blend together seamlessly without barriers. All that is required to get in the spotlight is a creative, credible and original idea. With lucrative prizes to be won and great respect, fame and glory to be earned, this is definitely an opportunity that no one should miss.
Previous SMART MAKER FESTIVALs in Vancouver, BC, had 10,000 attendees, 200 projects and 800 exhibitors. This is a rare chance to display hidden talents among the best of the best here in the greater New York area now that the 2019 World Maker Faire - New York was cancelled.
