As part of the service to its members, the IEEE WA Section in collaboration with AEMO organized a visit to the site of AEMO Control Centre.

The process to transfer electricity from its origin to the end user can be complex to understand. This visit gave participants the opportunity to understand this complex process and to ask questions to AEMO specialists about the generation and distribution of electricity in Australia and Western Australia.
