Student solar Ambassador Workshop
IEEE SB of RIET conducted Student solar Ambassador Workshop in assosiation with IIT Bombay ,where around 350 students participated .Through this workshop, the young students were made Students Solar Ambassadors by giving them hands-on training to assemble their own solar study lamps.
This Gandhi Global Solar Yatra aimed to create a public movement against the human actions that are causing climate change, primarily in terms of energy usage. Its main objective was to promote Energy Swaraj or localized energy self-sufficiency, especially for the future generations, who can, going forward, become the propagators of solar energy. By getting associated with this event, we have undertaken a noble cause of mitigating the climate change, and promoting energy sustainability.
