A meeting for the Execom members was called on the 5th of October in C209 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The agenda of the meeting was to discuss IEEE Day and all the events that would be conducted as part of the celebrations. The meeting was presided over by chairman, Harshita Choradia.
All events in collaboration with various clubs of BMSCE were recapped and logistics were discussed and arranged for, for each event. Each event was coordinated by the head of each club.
The Executive Committee oversaw each event and aimed to work for the smooth conduction of all the festivities.
