This visit was birthed based on an invitation from Prof. Dr. Pan Xudong (who was a regular participant in the IEEE International Conference on Engineering Education (ICEED)).

1. To foster academic relations and discussion between EDUSOC and Universiti Teknologi MARA with HIT.

2. To discuss on collaboration between HIT/HUST and EDUSOC in organizing ICEED 2020 in Harbin.
