This talk describes some of the Pointing, Acquisition and Tracking (PAT) systems developed at BAE Systems.   The equations used to realize a terrestrial pointing solution, and an example pointing error budget are presented.   A corrdinate frame misalignment correction method similar to that currently being implemented on current products is introduced
