National Science Day Celebration
Poster Presentation competition on “Science for the People and People for the Science”
To honor the discovery of the “Raman Effect” in India, National Science day will be celebrated every year to honour the discovery of the “Raman Effect” in India, National Science day will be celebrated every year.
This year we have celebrated National science day on 1st March 2019, organized by “IEEE student branch”. This day poster presentation competition was organized on the theme of “Science for the People and People for the Science” over 40 teams of different department were participated and in the afternoon we had a chief guest Amol Kulkarni, Regional manager in Infosys, Hubballi for the event to select the best poster and share the knowledge on contribution of science and people to humanitarian. Prizes were handed over to the best posters and the event was concluded with vote of thanks by Mr.Ravi Hosamani.
