Signal Processing Methods for Wireless Channel modelling of Drone-Ground Communication Links-IEEE Vizag Bay Sub Section-Pragati Engineering College

In this talk, we will first consider the challenges of developing a communication system for drone-to-ground links. As a first step, experiments to model the wireless channels for such links are being carried out in IISc. The channel measurement system design and data collection methodology will be presented. Based on the data collection, preliminary channel models based on these measurements will be presented in the talk using signal processing concepts like convolution, correlation.
