IEEE CIS MEMBERSHIP DRIVE
IEEE UP Section CIS Chapter (CIS11) has successfully conducted the IEEE CIS membership drive during the 2018 IEEE CIS Summer/Winter School on “Deep Learning and Computational Intelligence” at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India from December 5th-7th, 2018.
The program started with a welcome address by Prof. Nishchal K. Verma, Dept. of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India gave an introduction about IEEE and IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS). He encouraged and motivated participants for becoming a member of the IEEE CIS community by highlighting the membership benefits.
For membership drive, a booth was also set up at the venue to promote IEEE CIS membership and related activities.
