On the 6th of December, 2019 the IEEE directors approved our petition to add the Nanotechnology Council (NTC) to our existing Electronics Packaging Society (EPS) Chapter. At that moment, the Hungarian & Romanian EPS chapter – which was established 20 years ago by Professors Zsolt Illyefalvi-Vitéz and Paul Svasta – became a joint EPS & NTC chapter. This chapter kick-off meeting will be held for the occasion of this expansion.
