IEEE EMBS UCET Members conducting Interviews: Iram Haider (Chairperson IEEE EMBS) Mahnoor Akram (Vicechairperson IEEE EMBS) Ahad Rehman (General Secretary IEEE EMBS) Rameez Khawaja (Treasurer IEEE EMBS) Organized by: IEEE EMBS UCET IUB. Summary : The interviews for Extended Excom was conducted on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 1:00pm. The venue for interviews was Old Engineering Building, UCET IUB. The Advisor, Chairperson, Vicechairperson, General Secretary and Treasurer conducted the interviews of Extended Excom team. The interviewers was called one by one and was asked about their skills and related experiences. 30 applicants gave the interviews. The applicants were from different departments of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, Veterinary, Zoology, Biotechnology and Engineering).The advisor, chair and vicechair of IEEE EMBS asked questions from applicants. After conducting interviews from all the applicants there was a mutual discussion and decision to assign the seats to relevant applicants. The cabinets of Extended Excom was Ambassador, Coordinator, Co-cordinator, Finance Head from each department. Furthermore seats for Extended Excom was Media Head, Photographer, WebMaster, Graphic Designer, Decor Heads, Logistics Head, Management Head. After mutual decisions the appropriate applicants was selected to their selected seats and was informed afterwards.
