Electrical Load Calculations from Utilities
Abstract: Performing building electrical load calculations to size electrical service entrance equipment, power distribution systems, back up generators, electrical utility service transformers and electrical rooms has always been an engineering challenge. This presentation will explore the building electrical load calculations based on NEC2020 Article 220, track the calculations during SD, DD, CD & CA phases and compare/contrast the calculations with the electrical utility load forms.
