DDR Measurement Tips and Techniques
DDR Measurement Tips and Techniques
This seminar covers DDR physical layer testing from probe connectivity to advanced debugging techniques. Several end-user case studies are shown to illustrate real-world problems and how to resolve them.
Topics include: Example DDR test configurations, best practices for DDR probing, DDR connectivity with and without interposers, generating DDR Traffic, DDR waveform checklist before compliance, DDR eye pattern formation, multiple-scenario DDR eye patterns and jitter, case studies of debugging real-world problems, measurement highlighter, virtual probing and fixture de-embedding, determining DDR probe / scope bandwidth, probe deskewing, DDR compliance testing
