Dr. Maria-Alexandra Paun, Chair of IEEE Swiss WIE Affinity Group, met with Rosa Delgado, newly appointed Vice-chair of IEEE Swiss WIE Affinity Group, to discuss and establish plans for activities that would serve Women in Engineering in Switzerland.

Agenda

 1. Collaboration with ITU, UN from Geneva
-get in touch with them to start cooperation.


2. Women in Engineering in Switzerland
-Increase the number of female in IEEE Switzerland. At the moment only 5% out of 2700 members are female.
-Prepare a survey to send to IEEE Switzerland female members (approximately 100 of them) with 5-6 questions in order to establish a profile and ask them why they joined.
