  • Bill Ryan has worked at Southwest Research Institute since 1998 and is currently the Director of the Electrical Systems Department in the Applied Power Division.  His work includes non-traditional power systems, field testing, and data acquisition.  Mr. Ryan has developed and maintains several distribution level and micro-grid test beds.
