Leading through Covid-19: Making smart decisions amid uncertainty times can be a challenging for all leaders, businesses, and organizations. If ever the phrase “VUCA” (the acronym for the Volatility, Uncertainity, Complexity and Ambiguity nature of today’s world) felt appropriate to use, it’s now. Leading your organizational teams during these uncertainty times will be difficult and will require all who occupy leadership roles to keep fear in check and rethink risk beyond its usual parameters. Many leaders are struggling to strike the right balance between prudent cautiouness and panicked over reaction. This webinar is designed to give you some things to consider in a VUCA enviornment.
