Welcome to a April virtual meeting. This meeting will be in two parts.

- Noon to 12:30 pm: Special Program: In the Moment Meditation
We've all experienced this: Someone says something (good or bad) and you are emotionally impacted. How do you respond? How do you move forward? Today we are hosting a virtual panel, and will be talking about using "in the moment" meditations, providing tips and tools for growing your communication skills.
You will recieve a meeting invite prior to the event with the Conference Bridge Information. Please plan for a Google MeetUp bridge, and to have your computer ready to watch the presentation.
