Biography:

Mr. U.Rama Mohan is working as Superintendent of Police,SP Crime Spots,CID, Amaravati.
Took part in technical investigation of around 5000 cases of bombs and bombings which include number of sensational crimes of India,
Defused more than lakh bombs of various types. Participated in the investigation of many sensational cases. He has rich experience in handling digital evidence and has handled over 700 cases involving digital evidence and  500 cases of digital crime investigation including Satyam case, Navy Warroom leak case and Amway case etc,.

Mr. U.Rama Mohan worked in APFSL as Computer Forensic Expert and Explosives expert, and also designed and developed CLUES teams for crime scene investigation.
He has completed his Masters in Science from S.V.University, Tirupati and later did his Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from University of Hyderabad.
He is trained at Scotland Yard Police training center in U.K on cyber forensics. Later he underwent training in Computer Crime Investigation with FBI, USA and with INTERPOL at Hong Kong.
He is decorated with two UN International police medals for working in Kosovo during 2000-01 and in Haiti during 2009 -10 as peace keeping officer and trained many police officers of those countries.
He is also decorated with Indian police medal for the year 2006.
His meritorious service has won him Two National Awards from Ministry of Home Affairs.
He received all the three A P state police medals in the combined state, for the distinguished service.
He has joined as RSI in AR was pared commander, best cadet and best indoor in his training in 1985.
He has successfully given court evidence in UK as an expert.He has visited 79 countries for various purposes. He is a regular guest faculty for National Police Academy, AP Police Academy, CBI Academy, AP Judicial Academy, Central Detective Training School, RBI, IDRBT, SEBI and various universities all over the country. He has authored books “Cyber Crime and Law” Child in Cyber Space” and many articles in periodicals and published many papers in International Publications. Recently he is awarded with LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD by Digital Investigators Association of India. He is member of research advisory group in BITS Pilani University for cloud forensics and advisory member for Raksha Sakti Police University of Ahmadabad.

 Dr. Dukkipati Nageswara Rao (73) popularly   known   as Dr. D. N. Rao, is a Technologist, Innovator, Business Strategist, Educationalist, Mentor and a Social Trustee.

Dr. Rao is an Educationalist advocating innovation and sustainable technologies in campuses. As a Patron and president of  Vignana Jyothi,  a NOT FOR  PROFIT  Society from the last 17 years. He transformed the “Colleges” into “Autonomous Institutions” with Thought Leadership, Innovations and Intellectual Property, “Teaching through Research” etc.

• Dr. D. N. Rao is a graduate in Electronic Engineering from Andhra University, a post-graduate in Electronic Engineering from Birla Institute of Science & Technology, Pilani and he was awarded Doctorate from Royal College of Science & Technology, University of Strathclyde, UK. He published more than 15 original Research Papers in various International journals. He participated in more than 20 International Seminars and Conferences.  He has guided Ph.D research work entitled “Education Process Re-engineering-Metrics for Excellence and Indexing Excellence with Fuzzy Logics” done by Dr.N.Aruna Kumari, who is a faculty member of VNR VJIET. He is an active member in many Trade Associations.

  After earning his Ph.D and working abroad for a short term with Plessey Communications, Dr. Rao returned to India to join Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL).

   He is, presently, Chairman of M/S X-Design Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Vice-Chairman and Director of M/S Jayem Automotives Limited, Independent Director of M/S Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd., founder promoter of M/s Magellan Life Sciences and Director in a few other companies.  Earlier, Dr. Rao was nominated as Director of APEDC (Govt. of A.P.)

  In the year 1978, he resigned from ECIL to start his own enterprise, Duke Arnics.  He started his design & manufacturing facilities in his car garage with two engineers.  Always innovative and working on the leading edge of Technology,  Duke Arnics has grown into ISO 9001- certified Technology Development Centre  with  full-fledged modern manufacturing facilities and in a fully owned 40,000 sq. ft. Modern Building.  Duke Arnics became a Pioneer and leader in India with global recognition in Electricity Metering, Monitoring and Management Systems.

   

  Dr. Rao capitalized on this success and disinvested in favour of M/S Havells Ltd., in the year 2003.

   

  In the year 2003 he founded X_Design Ventures, this time to innovate in Automotive Electronics for safety using Embedded Electronic Systems, Real-time mobile communications, Virtual simulators, etc.

     

  Dr. Rao is a mentor for many start ups and most recent among them is M/s Magellan Life Sciences co-founded by Dr. Abhiram Dukkipati, an Alimni of Standford University, Oxford University and Marie Curie European fellow at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.

  Dr. Rao is one of the trustees of “Nuthakki Ramaseshaiah Memorial Trust” and actively participates in its activities to create infrastructures for schools located near deprived communities
