This 3-meeting series is to provide training originally scheduled for SoutheastCon 2020 in Raleigh, NC.  Register for this event and the requisite log-in materials will be emailed to you prior to the meeting.  While these are intended for officer-volunteers, We feel that any interested members will have an opportunity to learn more about what is involved in running your Section.


1. Wednesday, April 1 8PM EDT, 7PM CDT – The Basics. How to schedule and run a meeting with
WebEx from the start. Will cover both vTools scheduling and scheduling with your own account.

2. Thursday, April 9, 8PM EDT, 7PM CDT – Meetings advanced topics and Introducing Events

3. Wednesday, April 15, 8PM EDT, 7PM CDT – How to design, schedule, and run a virtual IEEE conference
in one easy lesson – the case study of IEEE SoutheastCon 2020 and how YOU CAN DO IT TOO.
