Russ Harrison, IEEE-USA Director for Government Relations, is providing an update on Congressional actions in Washington D.C. in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic, weekly, every Friday at 12:00p CST. Russ has been studying what is contained in the $2 trillion stimulus package passed by Congress as well as follow-on legislation in the works, and will provide his analysis on what is important to know about the legislation, and its impact on IEEE members, the workplace and the profession.
