Biography:

Elsa Velasco Paul is the founder and creator of “The M & E Group” – a Marketing and Consulting firm based in Tulsa, OK that has served a wide range of industries including consumer retail, oil & gas, industrial, construction and non-profits since 1997. She consults, analyzes and implements strategies that help businesses improve processes to increase clients, sales and revenue. She often lectures in person, giving a “hands-on” approach to corporate strategic initiatives that require a jump-start implementation.

Elsa’s past and current clients and audience members include: ExxonMobil SEP Programs, Chevron SLS Programs, AAPG / SEG ICE, IGSE, CESSE, and multiple educational and corporate entities in Oklahoma.

In addition to co-founding The M&E Group, Elsa serves as the International CX Manager for the global company, The Crosby Group. Her clients include global, Fortune 500 Companies in the energy, forestry, aquiculture, heavy construction and materials handling space.

Elsa travels as a consultant to many companies’ locations advising on how to accelerate and elevate to their next level. She trains corporations both in person and in webinar format on many different subjects such as Persuasive Communication, Design Thinking Branding, Leadership and Continuous Improvement Processes.

In her free time, Elsa enjoys an active lifestyle including fitness and outdoor activities. She enjoys reading, puzzles, a great cup of coffee and all things Doctor Who.
