Biography:
After a 30+ year career in the IT/Telecommunications field and retiring from Alcatel_ Lucent as their President of Global Professional Services organization, Ashok Shah has devoted his second career to giving back. Eager to share the many lessons he’s learned as he has watched the workplace become more technical, more global, and more competitive, he now devotes his time to writing and working with public and private businesses and universities as an advisor and/or as a member of their Board of Directors. Ashok is the Founder and Managing Director of CEPS Consulting LLC, where he provides advisory services in the areas of product portfolio, business strategy, governance, pay structures, organization-business models and risk management to executives at small, medium and large businesses. He is also the co-author of the books, Emergence of the Me Enterprise, and Achieving Lifetime Employability.
