Biography:

Paulo Jacinto Rodrigues is COO of Public Mint Inc. , the first fiat-native blockchain settlement layer for programmable money.
Previously Paulo was CEO of IntellectEU's Portuguese Offices (blockchain R&D centers) and Global Business Development Manager.
Paulo is a seasoned Payments Professional with over 20 years in the Cards & Payments Industry.
During his career Paulo performed roles as Head of the Portuguese SWIFT Service Bureau, Strategist and Product Analyst and Head of the Portuguese blockchain/DLT Banking Working Group.
He's frequently present in several international forums and working groups regarding Payments, e-Identity and blockchain.
With more than a decade of experience in Strategy and Sales, Management and Product Development, Paulo has a wide range of expertise in different areas as well as valuable insights regarding the financial industry and payment infrastructures.
